Long in making, short in content, but at last on the web. Welcome to the 11th Floor Games blog.
As it says above, we are a group of game designers and enthusiasts located throughout Kansai Japan.

We love games, all types and forms. Boardgames, Card games, Role-Playing, Table-top...the list goes on and on. We currently have half-a-dozen games in production, with varied themes ranging from a leisurely game of flying kites to a game featuring heavenly forces creating galaxies in space. Don't worry, each game will get it's own write-up.

One of our goals is to bring our enthusiasm to the community. Japan traditionally doesn't have a strong gaming culture, and despite the enormous video-game market, most people would be stretched to think of 1 board-game (including Monopoly!). We hope to change this, by hosting gaming meets in and around the Kansai area, spreading the word, any just maybe selling a few of our own games in the process. Of course, reviews of the meets and the games played will hopefully be a regular feature.
